I cant work with the app, i have a subscription but it doesn’t recognize it, please help me, I used it for my job at home because the covid and I really need it.

No puedo trabajar con la app, no reconoce mi suscripción y me niega a exportar mas de 3 clips además de decirme constantemente que la capacidad En la nube está llena aún cuando he borrado todos los archivos, ME URGE una solución porque es la única herramienta que tengo para trabajar desde casa por el covid.
