Subscription says that Premiere Rush is included, but it cannot be authorized.

I have the PS LR subscription. On the website under the "Available in your subscription" tab, it says these APPS are all included;

Photoshop

Lightroom

Lightroom Classic

XD

Bridge

Premiere Rush

Aero (Beta)

To clarify, none of these are under the "Trials" tab.

When I install Premiere Rush, it is only the trial with no option to authorize.  Why is it included in the "Available in your subscription" tab?
