Syncing User Presets from desktop to mobile and vice-versa

Hi,

When I create a User Preset on my desktop in Rush, it isn't populating into the mobile version even though I have sync turned on.  Other project files are syncing.  Do the presets not sync back and forth between devices?  If so, can you give me some pointers on how to make presets I create on my desktop sync with mobile?

Thanks,

Emily

Hi Emily - I just tested this on my iPhone and it did work. Can you describe your steps?

Here is what I did:

1. Opened project on MacBook Pro

2. Selected image in sequence

3. Opened Edit panel

4. Made adjustments

5. Created a preset called Test

6. Closed the project on laptop

7. Opened Rush and project on iPhone

The test preset that I made on the laptop was in the project and applied to the image as expected.

Hope this helps!

The answer is that worked, but with a caveat:

I'm on a Windows desktop, so I learned that there's an extra step in there as far as getting the files over to the iPhone; proxies are made and stored in CC Files.  Once I set that up, everything worked as you describe.

Thank you!

Hi Emily! I'm curious, what's the extra step? I'm on a Mac & proxies are being created too.
