I use Premier Rush. At first, obviously there was no problem. But now the sound and video aren't synchronized. The sound comes out right, but the video repeats for a few seconds. I thought it was a video problem. The same thing happens when I try different video. The same thing happens for both application and desktop versions. I posted on YouTube. https://youtu.be/RIREWlbNseA
Please provide some information mentioned below.
Version of Premiere Rush installed
Device in use iPhone/iPad/MAC/Windows and the version of OS installed.
What is the source of footage i.e. Shot from a camera or downloaded, mention the make and model if any camera is used
I used Windows 10.
And I used just phone, Iphone X.
What is the source of the files like make and model of the camera?
Mention the Operating system/iOS version too
All the sauces were taken with a cell phone.
and iOS version is 12.1.2
I took a screenshot because I didn't know the meaning of the operating system.
No...I didn't press anything.
I just made a new project and tried again.
The same thing happened.....
Can you attach a screenshot of you Rush User interface which contains Timeline, Preview monitor etc?
Strangely, you can only see the first scene when you add media.
The second screenshot is, I want to show that the original video wasn't like that.
Footage shot on an iPhone has a variable frame rate, which often results in video and audio becoming out of sync.
I would suggest transcoding it into the same frame rate using Handbrake and reimporting the transcoded footage.
