UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM PLAY STORE

I tried to download the Adobe Premiere Rush -Video Editor but Play Store Notified that Your device is not compatible with this version.

Will you please suggest me which device and what kind of configurations are needed to Download this .

• Even after getting your Response from Email I tried to reach out Poll at Type form but link was not opened so finally I have to reach out here at Your Forum.
