Unable to Login onto Premiere Rush on iPad

Hi guys!
Just downloaded Premiere Rush on my iPad 2019 model, but when I attempted to login to the software, it shows code Error 400 on my screen, I know somebody on the forum previously said if I use my Google account to login should be fine, but Error Code 400 still appeared on my screen. Are there any solutions? Thanks in advance! 

P.S Someone on the forum also said to use School/Enterprise Option to login, but it has not appeared on my screen for once during the process.

Hello! 

 

  1. Make sure you're signed out of all Adobe apps on your device. 
  2. Make sure you're up to date with the latest version of Rush. 
  3. Sign in with your Adobe ID email address > At that point, you should be promoted to select a Personal Account or Company or School Account. 

 

Let us know if you continue to have any issues signing in.
