Unable to open on desktop - Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm

I have never been able to open Rush on my desktop computer. It starts loading then as soon as it gets to Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm it just freezes - I have allowed it to load for over 7 hours at a time and nothing happens? My colleagues do not have this problem and it works fine on the iPad.

Sorry about the trouble. We have seen similar reports from other users as well. Can you try creating a new user account on your machine and launch Rush?
