Upgraded / Paid but showing as not?!?

 I have the app on my mobile phone and I wanted to export more videos which I have created. I paid the monthly subscription of £8 and 99 but it's still saying I have reached my limit on the application. I have logged out and log back in as well as reinstalling the application. I still have no idea can anyone help me please?
