Video exported from Rush has parts where its frozen on youtube

My video plays smoothly in Edit but after I render the video and post it on YouTube, there are parts where it is frozen and parts where it is playing fine.

• What type of media you're editing (codec/format, frame rate, frame size)?
• Which device are you using?
• Does it happen with a specific project or it's random?

This is all unuh bloodclaat duh everyday and not helping. The product is yours and it's giving trouble and you asking us to provide answers to some questions wah not even a make sense

all clips used in the video are the same format. It runs fine before I render the video but after it's rendered, some parts of the video freeze when played
