Video not being recognized in Rush

Hi! I'm trying to edit a video on Premier Rush. Both me and my friends recorded our screens and she sent me her footage through Google Drive. I got her footage and inputed it into my videos folder. Now, in Premier Rush, that video isn't there. I see every other video, but that one. Is that any way to fix this? I would love to have her clips but can't if Rush doesn't even let me use it.

This is strange. We can get this checked. Could you provide more information?

  • What type of files are you using (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Which device have you installed Rush on?
  • Have you tried to copy files to another folder or desktop?
