Videos are zoomed in too much when upload to YouTube

Hello! First I want to say Rush has been awesome! 

My problem just started today. When I export my video and upload it to YouTube it is zoomed in way too much. I don't remember changing any formats, it just started happening. I have used the same techniques for my last 25+ videos and it just started doing this. Please help me!

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? 
• Are you getting this issue with a specific project?
• Does it happen only when you upload your video on YouTube?
