What is this screen garble?

This happens on my projects after the recent update running Rush app on my win10/PC. This even happens when loading up the default example project. Also happens on final render? Timeline looks fine, playback and render trashed.

Anything I can do to fix/avoid this?

Not a good first experience so far with Rush, really hoping it gets better.
