Hi Damian and Jon,

10bit files from XT-3 and other sources should be working in Rush. If you haven't done so already, check out the latest version of Rush (1.2).

If you run into any issues please let us know. Thanks for the report!

All the best,

Peter

desktop.  The h.265 files work fine in every other app (premiere, final cut, quicktime, etc.) but I get a generic error in rush and can't even generate a preview.

Hello - I'm having the exact same generic import error as well.

I'm trying to import native 4k video files from an iPhone 10 (HEVC H.265 .MOV files) and it said they were supported when I subscribed but they don't seem to be working.  I've downloaded all the videos locally on my Windows 10 desktop for import if that helps too.  Please advise?

Thanks,

Jon

Hi Omen21,

Very sorry about this. I recall watching a review of this camera on YouTube and its footage was not performing well with Premiere Pro CC 2018 (12.1.2). These files happen to be 10 bit HEVC files, aren't they? With that, that makes them slightly different than standard HEVC files. With that, I think that the fact that they are a bit different might be the reason they are not operating as expected.

We will investigate. I'll add my comments to the issue internally. I apologize for the frustration.

Thanks a lot,

Kevin
