Xiaomi Mi 9T can't install Rush

Hello, how are you? Please, what do I need to do to be able to install the Rush app on my phone? I need to subtitle the videos of my project so that deaf people can understand the content. It is a site for People with Disabilities, so I use Accessibility tools. You see?
