My team and I have just started publishing RH 2022 projects in a Frameless template. We also coincidentally started publishing to a new server at the same time. We're experiencing incredibly slow load times for our Frameless projects, and sometimes projects will not load at all. In some cases, half of the template is loading but no content is appearing. We're trying to determine if this is an issue with Frameless/RoboHelp or if it is an issue with our new server (maybe not enough storage space? etc.). Are there any known issues with version 2022.0.346 or 2022.3.93 regarding super slow load times, or Frameless projects not loading at all in some cases? We do not seem to have this issue with HTML5, which is extra confusing.

Umm, isn't Frameless output HTML5 too? Have you tried testing it locally off your own machines to see how it responds?

When we open the projects locally, they seem to behave as expected. Launching the "index.htm" file in Chrome from my personal folder on my desktop runs as expected and is not slow. However, when I launch the same file from the published location on our server, that is when we experience the slow load times and glitchiness.

@Jeff_Coatsworth Frameless requires HTML5 and CSS3 code but HTML5 is also the name of the earlier Responsive output.
@Jordan38317983dx2o You have said it is running fine locally and asked "Are there any known issues with version 2022.0.346 or 2022.3.93 regarding super slow load times, or Frameless projects not loading at all in some cases?"
The fact it runs fine locally suggests it is a server issue as there are no known load issues. Are you sure the server has been configured as a webserver rather than a fileserver?

Okay, I'm glad to hear it is more than likely a server issue. It is supposedly configured as a webserver, however that is something I need to look into further because I don't work directly with the team that manages it. If it was configured as a fileserver, would that more than likely be the issue we're running into? Thank you for the input!

It needs to be local or on a webserver.
