Activation Server Unavailable when activating Adobe RoboHelp 6

I am getting an Activation Server Unavailable message when activating Adobe RoboHelp 6 on Windows 7. Phone activation no longer works. Anyone encountered this issue before? Thanks!

Call Adobe Support for help – was it ever working on Win7? You may have to use the WinXP virtual machine to run RH6.

I had to contact Adobe Support twice via chat. The first representative told me to go on here. The second one gave me an RH6 installer and a serial number different from the one I had. Now able to run RH6 without the prompt to activate.
