Add an image file for user to save on iPhone/iPad

I would like to add 2 .png files to a topic so that a user can save either or both images to their iPhone or iPad to use. Is it possible to add these files not as the image, but as a file attachment?

I currently use RoboHelp2017, version 13.0.3.346.

Assuming a web based output, you should just be able to link to the image files. Create a hyperlink as normal.

If the images aren't inserted as images in any topics, then add them as baggage files first.
