Added child project in TOC not visible in CHM output (RH2020)

I added a child project in the MAin TOC and published Microsoft HTML help but the added child project is not visible in the output.

Did it work before? Are you following Peter's site (grainge.org) for guidance on merged projects?

Did you generate the child output to the same folder as the parent output or move it there?
