Adding html in WebHelp to content pane

I'm doing WebHelp via RoboHelp for Word.

I'd like each piece of content in the topic window to have an extra bit of html at the end.(eg Email if this topic is not helpful). In decreasing order of preference, I'd like to be able to do it by:

1. Editing the skin file.
2. Editing one of the output htm files / script files.
3. Doing a text replace on all topic html files using mutifile find and replace (please let me know what the search criteria would be)
4. Adding conditional text in every single help topic using a Word find and replace on every help doc.

Your assistance gratefully appreciated.

In the output files you could search for the closing body tag </body> and replace it with the required html including replacing the closing body tag.

You will have to select the folders to be included in the search and replace as the output has its own files that you do not want to alter. FAR from http://www.helpware.net would be a good tool.

Help others by clicking Correct Answer if the question is answered. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here. "Upvote" is for useful posts.

Thank you very much. How do I know which files not to adjust? Do they have anything in common so that I could avoid selecting them?
