Hello!
On march, I have started a 7 day trial of Adobe Acrobat, planning to finish using the product after the trial period. Upon starting to download the product, I was requested to enter my credit card details, thinking I will be charged only if I continue using the product beyond the trial period. Eventually, I found out that Adobe charged me for 4 months after I have uninstalled the product.
These days I am offering myself for a technical writing position and would like to publish an online help database as portfolio to be visible to potential employers. I am asking if you can provide me a temporary license to your latest version of Robohelp, in value of the sum charged.
Thanks is advance,
Meir Kogan

This is a user to user forum and refunds can only be arranged by Adobe. I would try this link first to see if they will issue a refund and/or give you an extension. It is not something other users can do.
