Appearance of Hyperlinks

Is there a way to assign a different appearance to regular and popup hyperlinks? I have hyperlinks which take the user to another topic, and hyperlinks which show a topic in an auto-sizing popup. Can I make a CSS entry to give the user a visual hint which type of hyperlink it is, by colour or underlining?

Using RH 8.0.2, output HTML Help (CHM).

I think you would have to create a hyperlink class and apply that to each popup.
