Application crashes when clicked suggestion listed in search drop down

In search tab, if I entered any word using virtual keyboard used in our application then some suggestion will get listed. If I tried to click any suggestion application hangs. Don't know the exact reason for this hang issue.

What (exact) version of RH are you running? What output are you creating & where is it located when you're testing the search?

I am using update 8 of robohelp 2020 and I am creating Responsive html5 output and placed the output in localhost for accessing in our application.

I would look to upgrading to RH2022 Patch2 to see if it's already been fixed.
