Automatic topic numeration

Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to automatic change the topic number.

For example, if I insert a new topic under the "7 - Utilità", I should manually rename each topic, incrementing the numeration of the existing topic.
Is there a way to do this automatically?

No automatic way that I know of. You may have specific reasons for numbering but otherwise you might question the purpose? I'm wondering if it is just a custom that is being followed because it was always done that way.
