Banner graphics

I want to add a banner to each topic which I can do, however I want the banner to stay at the top and not scroll or move, BUT the user can scroll up and down the topic.

I see you posted in the RoboHelp for Word forum. So I'm assuming that is the application you are using. What type of output are you creating? If it's WinHelp, crack open the help file for RoboHelp and search for "Non-scrolling" region.

If your output isn't WinHelp, you are pretty much out of luck.
