Blank Browse Sequence from drop down

When Generating Responsive HTML5 in RH19, I click on the Browse Sequence and the dropdown list is blank. I've created it and saved it multiple times but I can't get it to appear so I can generate it. What am I doing wrong?

Is this New UI or Classic? 

In RH2019 New UI, if you have the output preset open, then create the browse sequence, the browse sequence won't appear in the list until you close and reopen the output preset. 

Also, once you select it, it doesn't appear in the dropdown list, but rather as a little button below the dropdown list.
