Blank nav pane showing

A blank pane is showing in the browser after I compile the webhelp. I've tried every setting I can think of to remove the blank pane. What am I missing?

What version of RH & what browsers are you using? There just was a fix done today for the newest FF35

I knew there was something I forgot. I am using RH 11 with IE and Chrome. No FF. It is banned here.
