Books not Expanding in Firefox, Chrome, and IE 7

New Here ,
Sep 29, 2010 Sep 29, 2010

I have RoboHelp 8. While viewing the ouput files of the WebHelp in Firefox and Chrome, the books in the TOC pane are not expanding. I am able to expand and collapse the books in IE 6 and IE 8. But again I am not able to expand them in IE 7.

I had problems with the ToC jamming in Firefox, using RoboHelp 7. Getting the latest patches cured it there.

Do you have the 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 updates?

Hope the poster didn't wait over seven years for this!

There is a similar issue with the Chrome browser in later versions and the solution for that will be released shortly. For now it is in Using RoboHelp 2017
