Broken Links to Baggage

I recently upgraded from RH5 to RH6. RH5 was uninstalled. My project has lots of links to baggage PDFs. When I generate my output, these links don't work! I can only right click on the link and "Save as."

I've tried configuring them to open in a pop, but that didn't work.

Internet Explorer otherwise opens PDF links just fine. I also can see the PDFs in the right output directory.

Any ideas?

Is this webhelp? Have you tried clearing the Mark of the Web check box?

I think there was a post recently with the same problem and that was posted as the answer.

It was a webhelp project and unselecting the Mark of the Web check box worked.
