Bullet characters (not text) do not indent

I can highlight a bulleted list and use the ruler (toolbar) at the top to indent the list. It looks fine in the topic designer, but when I click View or generate, the bullets remain justified to the left and the copy is indented.

I guess that method doesn’t create an inline styling override – you should really define a bulleted style and then you can use the css to manipulate how you want it to appear
