I currently have one help system project created in RoboHelp x5 using Microsoft SourceSafe version control. I need to duplicate the entire project, remove specific sections and then publish this duplicate project to a different server than the original. Is this possible? Can multiple topics/books be copied at once? I am really not even sure how to begin. Also, once the duplicate project is created, can topics shared by both projects be updated simultaneously?
Thanks,
Sallie

If all you want to do is not publish specific sections, then you could apply a conditional build tag to the topics you want to exclude and then build a conditional build tag expression as part of your single source layout. However if you do want to maintain two seperate projects, just copy the entire project directory in Windows Explorer, open up the project and rename it from the File menu.
