RoboHelp allows to add comments to topics, but can I get a list of these comments (including the topic reference) in a report or get these comments in the 'PDF for review'?

Have you used the Send PDF for Review option to send a PDF to someone and they have sent it back with some comments in it? If so, did they use Acrobat Reader X? If so did you use the Import Comments from PDF option? To my knowledge there is no report you can run to list the comments others have added to the PDF. At least not in RoboHelp, but you have the PDF which has the comments.
Sending a PDF for review and getting the comments people enter with Adobe Reader back into RoboHelp works fine.
I just want to get a list of all the 'review comments' (Review menu, Add review comment) that I enter in the topics in RoboHelp. When I send a PDF for review, these comments are not included.
The only way to view these comments seems to be to open each topic, searching for the yellow note symbols and double-clicking each one of them.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to do this. You could use a Find and Replace tool - even try the one in RH10 - to search for the "<?rh-commentdata_start class" string which would identify the topics containing a comment.
You may also want to add this request to Adobe to add weight for it to be included in the next version. You can do so here:
