I have created a topic in RH8 for Word that contains a table that users of our software might want to print out as a reference. Currently, if I open this topic from within the compiled Help system and print it, the last couple lines of the table print out on a second page. The top and bottom margins of the printed pages are fairly generous. I would like to revised these margins so that the table fits on a single page when printed.
Is there a way to specify the margins that will be imposed when a Help topic is printed from within compiled Help? I've found nothing in Project Settings or Window Properties for setting Print margins and revising page margins in the source Word doc. appears to have no effect. While I could make the table shorter by reducing the size of the font I'm using, I'd like to avoid that solution if possible.
I appreciate the help.

When a user prints a topic the margins are determined by their browser settings.
You could try using a slightly smaller font and setting the table up so that it prints for most normal margin settings.

Thanks for your response. It seems odd that margins for printing a WinHelp topic would be dictated by browser settings. We will be moving to .chm format soon, though, where I would expect browser settings to come into play. Shrinking the size of the table one way or another seems the best option.

Did you say winhelp in your first post? I should have picked up though that you did refer to compiled help.
However, I think the solution is still the same, fix the table.
