can't get phrase search with quotations to produce any

We are not getting any search results when we try a phrase search using quotations around the phrase. We are using RoboHelp 8 and RoboServer 8. I have tried 1 pane and 2 pane on both WebHelp, WebHelpPro, FlashHelp and FlashHelpPro with no successful results. It always reurns no results found. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My recollection is that the older RoboHelp Server 8 did not support phrase search. I know from experience that RoboHelp Server 9 does it rather well (with phrases surrounded by quotes). This is supported for all flavors of output that you list in your post. My recommendation would be to upgrade to RoboHelp Server 9. (BTW, you can still publish to Server 9 using your RoboHelp 8 client.)

That's correct John. RHS8 does not support phrase search.

Unfortunately, I provided some incorrect information. After your response, i went back to our IT documentation to validate our version of RoboServer and we do currently have RoboServer 9. So for now I still am having an issue with phrases surrounded by quotes. Below I have copied a summary of our set-up from out IT configuration document. I have changed the names of the servers for provacy purposes.
