Cannot Complete Operation

Hello Everybody! We have 2 users currently using RH7. Recently, we needed to add another new user and installed RH8. Now we're getting an error message on the new user when trying to connect to SourceControl.

"The files in the list below could not be checked out from version control. Exclusive access to these files is required to Upgrade a project created by previous version."

Would this issue be related because the other users are still on RH7? The new user (RH8) is unable to open the project and not sure what's the next best step...

You cannot have different versions working on the same project. RH8 is very different from RH7 code.
