With the Review functionality, I've sent some pages to Creative Cloud ansd configured to be accessible by all having the link.
But I cannot use any of the tools - highlight, strikethrough, etc.- except Pin and Comment.
And also once I experienced that the comments left by the reviewer did not display in the browser. I could only see them in the notification email in my inbox, but when following the link no files displayed at all. What it might be? I experienced this only once because we didn't use the Robohelp afrter that bad review experience(
Please help resolve
Thank you for the help. Really valuable!

It does seem to be a bug in Firefox. I am seeing the same in Firefox.

Pending a fix, if your reviewers use Firefox they will have to copy the link from the email they get and paste it into another browser. You can tell them to do that in the email that

First I would update to Patch 2 to make sure you are up to date. Then I would check out Peter's Reviews page - https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/rh_tour/rh2022/reviewing/reviewing.htm to make sure that you are following it.

Thank you for the reference. I've upgraded but with no results. This time no buttons to pin, highlight, etc. work for me at all.
unfortunately Adobe itself does not display comments separately for each page, i.e. based on what page the comments were created. And my reviewers had to to post their review comments refereing to what exact page they review.
Not sure if it's just mine unhappy experiance or it's a known issue(

Sorry to be late to the party but I have just tested in 2022.2 and everything was as it should be. The steps were:
I then logged into another machine where I have a second Adobe ID. I got the email and clicked the link. All was as it should be and I could hightlight the topics using the tools in the Review panel on the right and add comments.
I'm not aware that Update 2 had any review changes so I don't think it is our different versions.
Did your reviewers have Adobe IDs and did you email the email address associated with their Adobe ID? That is critical. They don't need to have any Adobe products but they do need an Adobe ID?

Hi Peter, did I get it right that if I share as "everyone with the link can comment" - highlighting etc. won't work?

That is not what I said. I sent a specific link and was able to comment. However, anyone with the link should be able to highlight. What is important is that they have an Adobe ID. Please see what I said before about having an Adobe ID.

Peter, my earnest appreciation for you comments and tips! Thank you!
Please see the screenshot.
1. Logged in with the Adobe Id (honestly, i doubt there is a way to login to robohelp.adobe.com with something else except adobe Id)
2. the only thing I was able to perform is to "draw a shape" and add a comment to it.
3. But I'm not able to add a highlight. Or perhaps I don't now how to do it
4. BTW is there a way get rid of the horizontal scroll and to fit the window to the reviewed text
I think I'm facing a error I should report to the Robohelp suppport, aren't I?

Are you trying to login into the review with the same ID that created the review or is the problem when someone else logs in with a different ID.

I just checked and it doesn't matter whether it is you or someone else as long as it is an Adobe ID.
Click the highlight icon (first arrow) and you should then see the second icon, the colour of the highlight. The topic goes grey.
Click in the grey arrow and the shading goes. Select the text to be highlighted Does that work?

Peter, you re really a helping hand. But I can see everything goes like you've described except:
- there is no "Place your marker here" notice on the shading.
- when I select the text to be highlighted, it doesn't get highlighted with the colour selected. Just nothing happens when I remove the cursor.
I get the prosedure you've descibed only with the Marker tool
Do you think the problem is in the browser I use: - it's Firefox?

You started the thread saying you were using Chrome. Now it's Firefox so you've tried two browsers. I doubt it's that anyway.
I haven't seen the shading before but I'm on 2022.3. Try upgrading to that.

my total blame((( it's Firefox, I use this one most of the time.
Want to bring my updates:
Today I tested the functionality in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. In Chrome and Edge, Highlighting and all the stuff works fine, while in Firefox , only HIghlight and Draw a shape work.
