Cannot insert images

For some reason, I cannot insert an image when creating a discussion.

I click the camera, browse to a BMP file that is resident on my hard drive and select to insert the image. I keep getting an error:

[The content type of this image is not allowed.]

If someone can help with that error, I would appreciate that!

Perhaps try something other than BMP format? I upload PNG format myself and there are no issues. I'll try inserting a BMP here.

Okay, I got the same thing. You need to use .GIF or .JPG or .PNG.
