The help topic "Create a PDF for Review" states:
"Note: The order of topics in the Create PDF for Review dialog box and in the PDF created is same as that in the Project Files folder and not in a TOC. If a different order is required, arrange the topics in the Project Files folder in the required order with drag-and-drop."
In my demo install of RH9 (HTML), I cannot drag and drop topics in the Project Files folder in Project Manager! Is this feature no longer available, or am I missing something very obvious?
I would dearly love to have the capability to re-order the topics so I could generate PDF by using the Create PDF for Review option, because the resulting appearance more closely matches the original, imported HTML compared to the PDF produced by the Printed Documentation flow.
Cheers!

Click the A-Z icon in Project Manager. You can only rearrange in one view.

A-Ha! Works perfectly. The Sort by Name icon must be toggled Off to allow you to reorder the topics by dragging and dropping. Thanks, Peter!

Here's a related follow-up question: Can I save the topic order after I've finshed using drag-n-drop to set it up? Every time I reopen my project the topic order in the Project Manager gets scrambled again.
Cheers!

I thought it saved automatically.
Have you saved the project before closing?
Does it go straight to the customised order as soon as you click the icon again after opening?
Any source control involved?
