@shalmoli_5791 There's a whole raft of suggestions on the first page of this thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/cannot-save-robohelp-file-version-2022-5-28/td-p...). We need to know which ones you have tried. Also which version of Windows?
You refer to a single document. Typically a RoboHelp project contains multiple topics. Please clarify.

Hi , @Peter Grainge thank you for replying. Here are the details -
1. Adobe Robohelp the 2022 version - currrently using the trial one.
2. OS- windows 11 Business
3. document that I am working on - It is a simple topic document under a folder.
The moment I am trying to change the font style and number, it shows up the moment and the same doesn't reflect when I reopen.
Thanks in advance

its an rhpj file

@ The rhpj file is what opens a project, it is not a topic.
Let's rule something out. Create a new topic and just enter some text. Do not apply any formatting inline. Close and reopen the project. Does that text show? Make some changes to the text only. Close and reopen. Changes saved?

yes, I created a new topic, entered some text, closed and reopened. it is reflecting the changes. The one that I am working on has existing content from my CEO, so the entire thing has been handed over to me. Now, to the existing topic I am making the changes.

How was the rogue topic created and what is the format, htm, doc or what?
