Hi all, I'm using TCS2 on Windows XP.
I am linking FM docs - and I have a Captivate SWF file in my FM doc. When I generated the Captivate swf, I checked off the checkbox "Enable HTML". The video plays fine in the FM doc and fine in the ensuing PDF.
In Robohelp, I made sure to Import >> HMTL/XML file which imported my SWF and HTML file. I can see the video in the project files - I can see the first slide (as the static image on the page) and then when you double-click it it starts to play. When I preview that particular topic, it also works. I can see the SWF in the files listed with all the screen shots (also in RH) under the Project Files folder.
When the generated webhelp is running/previewed in IE, the video works fine. You can see the image that serves as its placeholder where it's supposed to be; when clicking on it, it plays and all is well. However, in Firefox and Chrome = different story. You can see the text "To watch the video, double click the image below" - but no image. Nothing to double click on. Consequently, no video.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Adriana

So far, all I have found is this thread:

Surely there has got to be a way to have videos embedded in FM, that work in RH in multiple browsers!!!
