change the existing layout

hi all

i want to modify the current layout like this:

- is it possible, that only the textbody is scrolling (i put a red frame)? so the glossary, index, etc. - the navigation would stay on place and you can choose at any time a theme.

And your "existing layout" would be? (WebHelp, FlashHelp, Multiscreen, WebHelp Pro, FlashHelp Pro, Responsive HTML 5...

From what I'm seeing of the screen capture, it might be Responsive HTML 5, but I'm not sure.
