Chapter Numbering

Hello,

I have a FM project with chapters (1, 2, 3, etc) and sub-chapters (1A, 1B, 2A, etc.). I also have a paragraph format with refers to the chapter number in the Numbering property. In the FM document, everything is correct.

In RH, the TOC displays correctly (Screen 1: Order tab, Screen 1A: Order, General tab, etc), but in the topic, the headings omit the chapter number or just display the letter for the sub-headings (i.e., Order tab; A. Order, General tab, etc.). The chapter number reference is also omitted from the paragraph format.

How do I make this work? Any documentation or help would be greatly appreciated. I tried referencing the Help for RH but did not find it helpful.

Not sure from your post, but if the chapter number is in its own paragraph style in FM, then that style also needs to be defined in RH and the former mapped to the later.
