Check-in of Images only happens after restart of RH

Hi,

we're using RoboHelp 10 and my co-worker has a problem with checking in images.

When she has edited a topic and clicks the check-in button, the html-file gets checked-in properly, but the new/changed images don't.
She can only check in the images, when she shuts down RH and restarts it.

I do not have this problem.

Ideas anyone?
