chm crashes - urgent help would be appreciated

Hello, I'm using robohelp #7...in my project, some pages are linked to a pdf file (included in the project as "baggage file")

when i use "preview page" from withing the xpj progect, all links work ok but when I open the chm and click on the link to the pdf,

the chm crashes and closes.

It worked just fin eon previous project version but now, I added a new book with a new pdf and the chm crashes even when i click on

the old section links and not just the new ones...note I made sure I have the chm + pdf in the same directory.

Suggestions would be appreciated, I must have this resolved soon thanks a lot.
