CHM file not returning focus to application

The chm file I created (using RH 9.0.2) is not returning focus to it's application when the help window is closed. My developer says that this happens in several different applications using the same chm file. Any idea what's causing this? Thanks!

This can happen if the CHM filename has spaces or other non alphanumeric characters
