What version of RoboHelp? Indeed, are you using RoboHelp or do you just have the CHM (not CMH)?

Will you be translating yourself or using an agency?

We have RoboHelp and the .chm file....what we need is an agency capable of translating this into Korean Language and the deliverable back to me is another .chm file.

Take a look at this article. http://www.adobe.com/devnet-archive/robohelp/articles/localized_projects.html Whilst it relates to Rh8, it is still relevant.

Your agency will need the whole project as what happens is they use specialist tools so that when you need an upgrade translated, they will only have to translate what has changed. Their tools track that.

You will need to discuss the version they use and your version and the procedure when and if you upgrade Rh.  Do they support all versions.

I cannot recommend an agency as for a start I think we are in different countries. I believe you are US based so perhaps stating your area will enable other forum followers to make recommendations.
