I have been a solo tech writer for some time using Robohelp 2017.  We are now bringing on a new writer who will be required to access and work on the same Help file at the same time as myself.  How can this best be done?

I believe that RoboHelp 2019 Classic will work with 2017 projects but that cannot be guaranteed. More importantly, it's possible that could be changed by an update to 20019 Classic in the future.

Contact Adobe Customer Services / Tech Support. They may be willing to sell another 2017 licence to cover your needs.
