Collapsing Text in a Topic

Can you collapse a table or a portion of text within a topic?  If yes, how is this done?

Hi there

You are able to insert a Dynamic HTML Drop Down. With these, the text is initially hidden. The user clicks a link and the hidden text is revealed and "scoots" the other text downward.

The short answer is no. At least I'm unaware of any way to accomplish it without using DHTML (which is just another way of saying JavaScript working with HTML)
