Contents not appearing in the index.html of WebHelp

Hi,

All the contents, that were being displayed earlier, seem to have vanished from the published Webhelp

While I load the index.html file using Webhelp, I do not see anything on the left pane.

Why is that I am see the following files apart from the index.html file:

  • index_csh file
  • index_rhc file

Need help,

Please always give your version of RoboHelp. In this case we also need to know if it is browser specific, such as say Firefox 35 or all browsers. If the latter, there are several recent threads on this problem.

My bad! I should have given those details.l.

I am using RoboHelp 10.0 . And yes, I did install the latest version of Mozilla, few days ago.

Yes, it is the same problem either with Chrome or Firefox. These are the browsers I have installed on my system.
