Context-Sensitive Help Reports Are Blank

Explorer ,
Apr 28, 2014 Apr 28, 2014

We're not seeing any information in our server CSH reports at all. They're completely blank. Our context sensitive help calls work just fine: we have 100+ mapIDs and they're called properly when the user presses F1 and the correct help topic appears. It's simply that the CSH reports on the server are always blank. All other server reporting works fine.

Any ideas?

Hi, Rocky

I'm not sure what the server depends on regarding communication with the application and the "syntax" you are using to call the IDs. Have you looked at the online help topic related to CSH?

Note the sub-head "Access context-sensitive Help". You also need to use the CSH API that's appropriate for your application. All of Rh's APIs are located in this folder path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 11\CSH API

Thanks

Thanks, John!

This all seems to address how we implement CSH so that it works with our product and that's all working fine. Only the CSH reporting when running reports from the admin tool is failing, with blank reports. Am I misinterpreting this online help topic?
