Copying and pasting images into Robohelp 11

Hi there

I have always been able to paste text and images from Word into Robohelp 11 which worked perfectly including quality / size etc....until recently. Now an error appears '13...'. I have looked on the forum and it suggests saving every image and importing etc but that is not practical given that I literally paste hundreds of images in each week.

Really frustrating as it has always worked fine - any ideas please?

Could you also tell me the version of word you are using ?

Did you used to select the text and image and copy and then paste it in robohelp ?

I am using Word 2013

Yes I select both text and images, copy and then paste into Robohelp.

As mentioned it has always worked fine until recently.
